How it works

Draw a light grid on your paper. The app shows every line of each square being drawn, at its real thickness.
Check and finish
Zoom in on any square, slide in the target sketch to check your work, add the shading and erase the grid.
Why the grid works
Artists have used the grid for 500 years. Copying one small square is easy, and the squares add up to a likeness. You never have to judge a whole face at once.
